Description:

THIS POSITION HAS CHANGED AND NO LONGER REQUIRES OVERNIGHT SHIFT WORK.

People & Systems is assisting a social service/health organization with their search for an On-Site Resident Manager in Bethesda, MD.

OPPORTUNITY:

This is an exciting opportunity for a programmatic/human services professional with 2+ years of experience (family services, hospital or therapeutic residential settings preferred) to participate in life-saving services for children. As the Program Manager you will work with a collaborative/supportive staff to ensure the smooth operations of a large residence program with duties including recruitment, training, supervision and work performance evaluation for a small staff. In addition you will provide strong customer service and problem solving skills for residents and ensure the upkeep of the facilities with the help of staff. While this is an administrative/residence management position, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the children and families through the admitting/orientation process as well as the day-to-day interaction and care you will provide.

Additional Qualifications:

In addition to 2+ years of nonprofit programmatic/human services experience (preferably in a property or residence management position) and exemplary problem solving and customer service skills you will be required to LIVE ON-SITE (a benefit worth approximately $20,000+ annually). You will work SUNDAY - WEDNESDAY from 1pm-10pm and 4 additional hours devoted to administrative management duties.

How to Apply:

By applying, you are only sharing your resume with People & Systems, not the hiring organization. Your information is NEVER shared with our client without your permission. If selected, you will be given full disclosure about the position/organization, allowing you to decide whether or not you wish to proceed. All applications are 100% CONFIDENTIAL.
