Description:
The Finance Manager for the Clinton Foundation's Harlem Office and the Office of William J Clinton is responsible for managing the budget process and implementing and tracking the budget including all office and travel expenses. Works directly with the COO for the Foundation and indirectly with the CFO.
Responsibilities include (not limited to):
•Assist in development of annual budgets for the Harlem Foundation Office
•Establish and manage permanent budget systems and practices.
•Maintain relationships with outside vendors and ensure that payments are appropriate and timely.
•Monitor and track daily and monthly expenses
•Implement all budget caps as designated by management
•Serve as main liaison with the General Service Administration
•Assist the COO with managing the government office expenditures for the Office of the Former President
Qualifications:
•Undergraduate Degree in Accounting or related field
•3 or more years of professional management experience in finance
•Strong analytical skills
•Non-Profit experience is a plus
•Experience working with Enterprise Accounting Systems or similar system
•Ability to prioritize, multi-task and take initiative
•Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills needed as well as strong attention to detail
•Proficiency with Microsoft OfficeSuite w/advanced Excel spreadsheet capability.
