We seek a Job Readiness Instructor to work with targeted populations in the acquisition and enhancement of work-related basic skills in preparation for employment or in conjunction with skills training: assists Job Developer/Employment Specialist in assessment and placement of participants in employment positions in compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.

Essential Functions:
* Assists in the development of job readiness curriculum (pre-employment skills, evaluation and testing, etc).
* Leads group discussions related to job search activities to monitor participant progress and to ensure progress toward goal of employment.
* Advises Job Developer, Project Director and Site Supervisor of any problems or issues and assists in intervention
* Maintains regular contact with instructors to monitor participant progress and to ensure that program provides skills needed for anticipated openings.

* Demonstrated knowledge of work readiness and skills training strategies as they relate to a varied population.
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational and verbal skills.
* Computer Literate

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Business or related field preferred.
