Rockland County Association For Learning Disabilities is one of the YAI Network's seven network agencies, serving people with developmental, intellectual, and learning disabilities in Rockland County and the Hudson Valley Region. RCALD offers a variety of programs including employment, residential, family support and social/recreation programs. RCALD promotes essential social and vocational skills that enable people with learning and other developmental disabilities to lead independent, productive and dignified lives. In addition to providing direct services to adolescents and adults with disabilities, RCALD also offers extensive support and education to families, and guidance and training to professionals who are working with people with developmental and learning disabilities.

RCALD is accepting applications for the position of Job Coach / Job Developer to work within the Employment Services Department.

Responsibilities:
* Provide vocational counseling and job coaching to individuals with disabilities
* Assist in job development
* Act as a liaison with other agencies

Hours:
* Full time; Day hours with flexibility

Requirements:
* BA/BS in a related field
* Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities
* Valid NYS driver's license
* Strong written, verbal and computer skills
* Travel throughout Rockland County required
