Responsibilities:
YAI Network seeks an Applied Behavioral Science Specialist for our residential department in Bronx. You will oversee the clinical programming for adults with ID/DD in several group homes, develop and implement behavioral intervention programs, provide staff training and support, one-to-one counseling & group work.
Location: Bronx
Hours: Full-time Monday-Friday 11am-7pm with flexibility required.

Additional Qualifications:
MA/MS in Psychology or Counseling required. Experience with ID/DD/MH population preferred. Good communication and written skills. Some flexibility with schedule and travel required.
