Description:

HDMA, the national association representing primary healthcare distributors, seeks proactive, experienced administrator for our communications and marketing department.

Successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and above-average writing ability. Other administrative duties will include managing PR databases, tracking media coverage and supporting HDMA’s Public Affairs Council.

You must have at least two years office experience, proficiency in Microsoft Word and the ability to create mailing lists and merge files, as well as Excel, Outlook and Access database software expertise. Knowledge of e-mail/HTML marketing highly desirable.
