Description:
The National Network Coordinator will be based in Reboot’s New York office and will report to the Program Director. S/he is responsible for overseeing the organization’s national network and producing Reboot’s signature events.
Responsibilities:
? Responsible for managing a growing national network of over 300 people.
? Responsible for overseeing and running the Reboot Summit with the following responsibilities:
o Negotiate contracts and agreements, and manage relationships with vendors and venues
o Manage entire recruitment process, including nominations and follow up letters
o Responsible for all marketing, coordination of Reboot Summit, including:
• Designing materials for pre Summit and Bio Book
• Managing program and faculty calls
• Oversee budget
• Manage logistics and set up for the Summit both pre, during, and post the weekend
• Responsible for the weekend running smoothly both programmatically and logistically
• In charge of managing staff and dealing with all participant needs
• Responsible for overseeing and running Reboot Camp including the following responsibilities:
? Negotiate contracts and agreements, and manage relationships with vendors and venues
? Oversee all marketing and coordination of Reboot Camp
? Manage set-up and agendas for all meetings with committee members prior to event
? Organize invitations, print, online and registration forms
? Responsible for the weekend running smoothly both programmatically and logistically.
? Manage logistics and set up for the Summit both pre, during, and post the weekend
? In charge of managing staff and dealing with all participant needs
? Responsible for working closely with the regional coordinators in the three cities, including the following responsibilities:
o Keeping Rebooters engaged with the organization by working with the Program Director and Regional coordinators to help coordinate the local cities’ calendars of programs and events
o Meeting with local committee chairs in each city and helping to run local committee meetings by attending whenever possible
o Meeting with Rebooters in the three cities regularly
? Responsible for facilitating conversations with members of the Reboot network about new project/program ideas and collaborating with Reboot’s Program Director and Communication Coordinator to help develop, promote and publicize these projects.
? Responsible for working with the Communications Coordinator on internal network communications strategies including local newsletters, google groups, facebook, Reboot website.
? Responsible for reporting internally and externally on successes and challenges across the network, including presence at Board meetings and meetings with funders.
? Assist with coordinating and organizing Dawn, a large scale cultural arts event involving both the reboot network and the broader SF community.
? Other duties as assigned.

The ideal coordinator will be a motivated and creative individual with a genuine, open-minded interest in Jewish culture and identity. Ideally, we are looking for someone with the following traits and experience:

? A sense of humor
? Professional experience in the Jewish world is not a requirement, but a passion for Reboot’s mission is.
