Through our diverse service delivery network we provide services to over 100,000 clients annually throughout the metropolitan New York area, and Long Island.

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen our presence in the New York City metropolitan business community and to establish FEGS as a full service no-fee staffing company. This position will be responsible for building and sustaining long-term relationships with businesses by providing employer-directed staffing services and increasing employment opportunities for FEGS clientele by developing and cultivating accounts in the business sector that best provide job opportunities that match the backgrounds of individuals served.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales, marketing, or job development experience across various industries; excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to author persuasive business development materials; and extensive knowledge of job search and labor market trends. A master's degree is preferred.
