We are looking for an ideal person possessing strong management and leadership skills to establish this venture from ground up with a proven track record to apply innovative operation process to build a successful real estate company through use of knowledge, information, and synergic strategies. The position is Toronto based with responsibility looking after all project in the North American Market requiring extensive traveling.

Responsibilities:-

• Create HR & Management policies and procedures to organize the company operations.
• Oversee the entire development process from site acquisition, design, entitlements, financing, pre-selling, sales, marketing, and construction, legal, administrative, completion and customer satisfaction.
• Schedule projects from start to finish and complete them in a timely fashion.

• A minimum 10-15 years experience in the real estate development industry with a track record of building teams and partnering with qualified entities.
