We are looking for a socially motivated professional having worked in Real Estate, Finance, and Construction with Marketing experience and background to roll out this concept to develop Community and Venue Center in small town US-Canada with a population in between 3000 to 7500. This is a position for a conscious and socially committed personality to play a catalyst role in this venture with long-term commitment but initially for at least 5 years.

As this is startup venture, initially you will assist the foundation to research the concept, write a business plan and develop a virtual platform to attract land owners, local developers and local consultants and socially responsible and conscious investors and financial institutions.

Some RESPONSIBILITIES but are not limited as this is a new startup venture:-

• Schedule projects from start to finish and complete them in a timely fashion.

• Oversee the entire development process from site acquisition, design, entitlements, financing, pre-selling locally and globally, sales, marketing, and construction, legal, administrative, completion and customer satisfaction.

Significant experience in attracting human resources and experience retired volunteers at a senior management level will be great asset. An advanced degree in a real estate with exposure to law or business preferred. Experience in non-profit sector and complex environment a plus point.

• Minimum 15-20 years experience in the real estate development industry.
• Background of having worked on social and philanthropic ventures.
• Direct work involvement in commercial retail, shopping centers/plazas/malls and power centers.
• Allow flexibility and freedom to virtually operate from home by introducing a reporting system through virtual monitoring, mentoring and management.
