Description:
We invite applications from an attorney with general law experience for a non- profit and for profit. We are at present supporting activities of Social Entrepreneurship Fund, United Nations Association, and Sasi Foundation.
Some experience in forming, acquiring and managing organizations , negotiating and assisting with management turnaround, and solving legal related issues with advice to Board on matters of function and operation will be an advantage. Experience required in socially carving M&A, joint ventures, investments and divestitures relating to both public and private entities. Give advice on corporate governance, compliances, and regulatory matters.
Additional Qualifications:
Some background of Real Estate and Development of Wellness Center and Happiness center with retirement community will be an added advantage
