• Assume responsibility for development and fundraising in regional offices. Work closely with the Development and the Individual Giving departments, and with regional directors to develop and implement fundraising goals. Monitor campaigns and other development activities in the field.

• Recruit and hire regional directors, and oversee recruitment and employment of other professional staff in the field. Set program and institutional goals and supervise and evaluate performance of regional directors.

• Work with all divisions at the national office as member of the senior management team to develop programs to be delivered nationally that reflect issues and operations of both the national office and local regions.

• Work closely with lay leadership across the country and identify opportunities for leadership involvement at the national level.
