Nos complace anunciar las versiones en portugués y español del One Pager No. 28 del CIP: “ODM: ¿Objetivos Interpretados Erróneamente?”. El autor, Jan Vandemoortele, ex coordinador adjunto del Grupo Interinstitucional de las Naciones Unidas sobre los Objetivos de Desarrollo del Milenio, afirma que las metas de los ODM se fijaron a nivel mundial, no a nivel de país. Así, afirma que sería un error trágico clasificar algunos países en desarrollo como «fracasos», simplemente porque su progreso, aunque tenga mejorado significativamente, no coincide con los artificiales puntos de referencia mundial.
