Mission:
The mission of the Chelsea-Elliott “I Have a Dream” program is to imbue children with the knowledge, intellectual curiosity, and fortitude to reach their potential.
They may cultivate talents in areas ranging from academia and the arts to community organization. These Dreamers will have a chance to achieve goals they could not have imagined.
The "I Have A Dream" Program is a long-term education intervention program that tracks a set of children, "Dreamers" from first grade, across their educational career, providing remedial and enrichment programming to assure that Dreamers graduate from high school and pursue higher education. Upon graduating from high school, Dreamers are awarded a tuition assistance scholarship to help them pay for college.
