Mission:
The Volunteer Center is THE leading local resource for service and volunteering. Our mission is to mobilize people and resources to support community agencies in delivering creative solutions to community problems. The Volunteer Center provides many services to the central Wisconsin area.
We work to promote, support, and increase effective volunteerism in our community, and act as a catalyst for addressing community concerns through volunteer efforts.
Our services include the Youth Program (volunteer recruit and referral, service-learning), Adult Program (volunteer recruit and referral, Workplace Volunteer Council including the Fill a Backpack Fill Need Project), Donated Goods Program, Rebecca's Closet, Bulk Mailing Program, Make a Difference Day Leaf Raking Project, as well as providing volunteer support resources.
