The mission of PCC Community Wellness Center is to promote heath care services and programs and to establish, maintain, and promote a community health center environment that provides high-quality primary health care and preventive education services to the community with a particular focus upon the health care needs of medically underserved populations. It is the philosophy of PCC to provide quality care to all patients with an emphasis on community and regardless of their ability to pay. A sliding fee scale based on family size and income is available to all individuals in need. PCC has a special commitment to provide health care services to those individuals who might otherwise be excluded from the health care delivery system due to financial, economic and/or social barriers. It is our belief that all patients should be treated with dignity. At PCC, special attention is placed on each individual's health, educational, emotional, and social needs. It is our responsibility to promote preventive health care and establish linkages with health agencies and community organizations to ensure that all patients’ needs are met.
