Breakthrough is a collaborative of
programs that increases educational
opportunity for motivated middle
school students and encourages
talented high school students to
pursue careers in education. The
Breakthrough Collaborative
establishes and promotes high
standards, ensures the success of
all programs, and acts as the
national voice of the Collaborative.
