Chewonki is dedicated to helping people grow individually and in community with others by providing educational experiences that foster an understanding and appreciation of the natural world and that emphasize the power of focused, collective effort.
We teach and learn in settings that take advantage of indoor and outdoor classrooms, the woods and water of Maine and beyond as well as the land and buildings of our 400 acre campus.
