Mission:
Our mission is to support and strengthen nonprofit organizations by enhancing the flow and effectiveness of passionate and highly-skilled leaders into and within the nonprofit sector. Bridgestar offers two main services:
1. Talent-matching
A full compliment of services designed to help nonprofits scope positions, develop candidate pools, screen and prioritize candidates, and make good hiring decisions, from an online job board to full-service executive recruiting.
2. Knowledge-sharing
Content and tools – including a monthly newsletter, articles, research, and toolkits – to help organizations build strong leadership teams and to help individuals from within and outside the nonprofit sector develop career paths as nonprofit leaders.
