Mission statement:
"The purpose of the Somerset Hills YMCA is to help people grow in spirit, mind and body. We are a community service organization of dedicated staff and volunteers, rooted in Christian values, serving all individuals regardless of age, race, faith, and economic circumstances. We are guided by our core principles of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility."
To accomplish this mission, the Somerset Hills YMCA offers a variety of programs for adults, active older adults, families, teens and youth. The programs include: swimming, wellness, fitness, nutrition, aquatics for disabled, water exercise, childcare/daycare, senior recreation, youth and adult sports, gymnastics, dance, adventure-based activities for teens and corporations, specialized family activities and a variety of community service programs including Career Forum, Special Olympics and Rainbows.
