Today, young teenage girls are more driven and inspired than ever before. However, most girls lack the resources and moral guidance they need to fulfill their innermost dreams. Girl Talk’s desire is to recognize that the most effective way of reaching these teenaged girls is not only through school administrators and teachers, but through students reaching students. This will require a new level of responsibility from school administrators, teachers, parents and most importantly—students.

Girl Talk is a nonprofit organization that desires to inspire young teenagers to build self-esteem through positive weekly programs as well as encourage each girl to have a unique sense of individuality.

Organized and led by inspirational high school girls who serve as mentors, the girls participate in various activities and conversations that promote self-worth. The bonds and lessons that are learned in Girl Talk meetings are something the girls will carry with them wherever they go in life and because of this, each girl will grow into a confident and independent young woman.
