We support adults living in the community who have a variety of different needs and find it difficult to get help elsewhere. We work with the homeless and also the hidden homeless (people who are sleeping on the streets) supporting all individuals with out differentiation.
The support we offer consists of a variety of services all orientated around finding somewhere to live and will always be flexible in its application. This can include helping with benefits, housing, dealing with the authorities or police and emotional and practical support.

We offer a minimal cost alternative to the services that traditional property letting agencies offer. We have 10 years of experience in supporting tenancies and tenants.
For minimal cost we interview and screen prospective tenants on your behalf and once we have found you a prospective tenant we can continue to provide ongoing contact and support for those tenants.
As a not-for-profit organisation we are distinctly unlike property agencies in that we will not charge exorbitant management fees to either landlords or tenants. Our interest is in helping people find suitable accommodation and maintaining their tenancy.
