Chanelle Carver International (CCI), also referred to as CCI, is a New York based small business – and will be global brand – devoted to changing the world and empowering others to achieve their dreams through management consulting, leadership training and personal development coaching.

Chanelle began as a management consultant for startups and small nonprofit organizations. With aims for global expansion over the next ten years, Chanelle Carver International will serve a larger piece of the socially conscious market - individuals (those with a humanitarian spirit that want to give back and take personal accountability for making society a better place) and for-profit mission driven and social enterprises.

Our long term vision to bring the concept of complete social consciousness to the national and international arenas. By working with the socially conscious, CCI can take a holistic approach to create real change. To solve society’s most pressing issues while enabling and empowering others to achieve their dreams and succeed according to their own definition of success.

CCI was founded as a result of the owner’s dedication to helping others and finding new, improved and innovative ways to better serve society. By nature, Chanelle is a teacher, motivator, nurturer, knowledge seeker, and dedicated to make change a reality. She is a social entrepreneur, advisor and consultant who has big ideas (and concrete solutions) for change and, as noted by one of her mentors, the stubbornness to make change happen.

CCI currently offers the following services for its nonprofit clients:

- Human Resources (recruitment, job analysis, job/position development, managing human capital, performance evaluation, volunteer management)
- Communications (newsletters, email marketing, establishing and managing your online presence, social media engagement, writing donor appeals)
- Process Improvement (designing and improving the systems and processes that drive your "business")
- Program Management/Development (developing new and existing programs and services)

Our headquarters is located in Pleasant Valley, New York just 1.5 hours north of New York City.
