Mission:
Executive Transitions is a nationally recognized leader in the nonprofit executive transitions management field and is a program of CompassPoint Nonprofit Services. Executive Transitions' consultants are a carefully recruited team of experienced nonprofit executives who have received special training in transition management and executive search.
Since its inception in 1998, Executive Transtions has consulted to more than 200 nonprofit agencies in the Bay Area and beyond, each with its own unique circumstances.
CompassPoint Nonprofit Services www.compasspoint.org is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, with offices in San Francisco and Silicon Valley, 35 employees and a variety of funding sources. We offer the countrys largest nonprofit management training program, including a comprehensive curriculum of Internet and computer workshops. CompassPoints consulting work to 300+ clients each year includes work in executive transitions, leadership support, strategic planning, nonprofit finance, organization development and program evaluation. CompassPoint (formerly the Support Center / Nonprofit Development Center) also conducts research in nonprofit sector topics, publishes (Food for Thought and the Board Cafe, and advocates for nonprofits to help nonprofits strengthen their communities through stronger management.
