Based in Los Angeles, America Learns is a premier national educational performance and accountability firm reaching more than 12,000 students nationwide. Our flagship service, the America Learns Network, helps organizations track, evaluate and provide ongoing guidance and support to student teachers, tutors and mentors. In 2003, Echoing Green, the global social venture foundation, seed funded America Learns out of a field of 1,000 applicants worldwide.
Organizations we serve range from school districts to universities to community-based nonprofits. These organizations include the Minneapolis Public Schools, City Year Chicago, Duke University, Dwight Hall at Yale, UC Berkeley, Public/Private Ventures, and numerous community-based organizations. Individual schools are beginning to use the Network to support their teachers as well.
