Our mission is to improve maternal and child health and wellbeing through the collaborative efforts of individuals, families, providers and communities. Our signature program, the MOMobile®, is a community-based outreach and family support program. Through home visits and telephone follow-up, MOMobile Advocates help pregnant women get prenatal care and other health and social services. MCC has served more than 44,000 mothers and their children through direct service, and influenced the lives of many more through its education and advocacy initiatives. The result is thousands of mothers empowered to take and get better care for themselves during pregnancy, and a better start for their babies during the critical early years of life.
