Mission:
The mission of the Colorado Youth Corps Association is to develop and maintain statewide capacity of a network of locally operating youth conservation corps programs that work to preserve and enhance the environment.The Colorado Youth Corps Association (CYCA) is a non-profit organization that provides eleven independently operating Colorado youth conservation corps with technical assistance and resource development services. It helps to garner private, federal and state fee-for-service contracts and grant funds and manages an accreditation program to assure uniform principles and practices across all the youth corps.
