Cross-Cultural Solutions (CCS) operates international volunteer programs in 12 countries around the world, connecting volunteers with local organizations to work side-by-side on community-led initiatives.
Since 1995, over 20,000 people have participated on CCS programs. A recognized leader in the field of international volunteering, CCS is dedicated to the vision of a world where people value cultures different from their own, are aware of global issues, and are empowered to effect positive change. CCS operates in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, and Latin America and has no political or religious affiliations.
CCS offers three different volunteering experiences with their Volunteer Abroad, Intern Abroad, and Insight Abroad programs. Programs range in duration from 1-12 weeks and volunteers can choose from over 20 program sites. Volunteer placements are designed to match the immediate needs of the community with the skills and interests of each volunteer. All volunteer work placements are within the categories of Caregiving, Community Development, Healthcare, and Teaching.
