Description:

Since 2000, I have awakened people to the fascinating development of Brooklyn. Did you know that Africans and black Brooklynites are extremely important to transforming this western end of Long Island from rolling hills, brooks and forest to brownstones, churches, parks and wide boulevards? Yes! In fact, the old town of Bushwyck and New Utrecht were purchased with the funds contributed by Janse van Luane and Frncisco de Negar--both African men.

Let's go from top to bottom and learn Brooklyn's history. There are great places to eat and great music scenes.
Children and seniors are welcome--they usually have stories to share.

I usually do the tours inthe summer but will alter to accomodate an interested group.
