Description:

SAFER understands that college staff have an important role to play in the reduction of sexual violence and the improvement of college sexual assault policies. SAFER offers customized workshops to college staff who are working on these issues. We will work with you to develop a workshop or webinar that meets your needs and your budget. Sample topics we can address:
• Understanding the student perspective on effective policies
• From advocate to activist: assisting peer educators and victim advocates to develop movements for policy change
• Elements of a better sexual assault policy
• Involving students in policy development, implementation, and oversight
• Conducting a student-focused policy review
