UCP of Oregon & SW Washington provides supported living services to individuals with disabilities so they may live independently in their own homes. We provide support with:
Daily Living Skills: training to assist individuals to increase independence in daily living activities.
Daily Living Support: in-home support for daily living activities.
Homemaker/Chore Services: Completion or assistance with chores and other daily household activities.
