ClearPoint Credit Counseling Solutions' certified housing counselors are available to provide default and foreclosure mitigation counseling in-person, over the Internet, via a Webinar or at a workshop. In these sessions, a counselor will review your income and expenses, help you develop a reasonable budget, determine the cause of delinquency and discuss your action plan. ClearPoint is a Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)-approved housing counseling agency.
