Seniors who wish to tap into their equity in their home without selling it will benefit from our reverse mortgage counseling. Our AARP and HECM counselors will review the financial impact of the loan, the cost of the loan and review alternative solutions. This counseling includes delivery of the certificate required by HUD to obtain a HECM Reverse Mortgage.
