Rights Based Education—Economic empowerment through instilling knowledge
This project was created with the goal of raising awareness among women regarding the legal and economic rights that they are entitled to as citizens of the state of Israel. It is about providing practical information that deals with different areas, such as national insurance, women’s rights, labor rights, consumer behavior and more. This project is a grassroots project among groups of women and the information is transferred through workshops, lectures and conferences where the women meet with professionals and experts in different areas. The project develops awareness of legal and economic rights among the participants and provides them with better control over their lives, giving them the ability to plan for the future.
