Description:
The school maintenance volunteer will work in the community school where most of the infrastructure such as classrooms, libraries, toilets, water tank, play ground, black board, roof, desk, bench, wall etc. need to be renovated or set up. During the rainy season student and teachers have to face trouble while running classes therefore the teachers will often let students go home earlier before school finish. After kids leave school, villagers' livestock take shelter in the classroom as the doors have not been fixed. Cus-Nepal helps these needy schools by deploying volunteers.
volunteer will work with a Nepali counter part who will help them in daily activities and school teachers and students may help. Moreover in leisure time volunteer also can take a part in teaching sports, music, dance and other academic subjects to shcool kids.
