Description:

The Red Cross – Greenwich Chapter is looking for volunteers to provide guidance, assistance and supervision to our youth volunteers involved with the Red Cross Safe Rides program. You would be assisting in the event of emergency or logistical problems by provide a communication link between the student team leader and the adult leaders of the program. Some of the duties required would be; checking the vehicles before the shift starts and ends, assist with cleanup, keep an eye on youth volunteers, etc The hours of need are usually Friday and Saturday evenings, but commitment time may vary and is flexible. We ask all volunteers to arrive at 9:45PM and leave at 2 AM for night shifts.
