Cornerstone Foundation is a small community development organization. We provide for transport to and from the airport, accommodations (dorm style), lunch on most days, orientations (house, cultural, office, and program), staff direction, office space (including equipment and supplies), and a scheduled program of activities (including river and Maya site excursions).
Program participants contribute financially to Cornerstone and must have travel health insurance. Please see the Must Know page on our website at

Cornerstone’s office and housing are located in San Ignacio in the Cayo District of Belize (11 miles from Guatemala). Applicants must be 18 years or older. Students, retirees, and other adults are welcome to apply.
