Activist Managers working for team oriented grassroots organizations must be capable of quickly implementing several levels of activism. Activist Managers shall bridge activities across 63 advocacy organizations. These are management positions that the right candidates shall be cross trained.
These positions are not for the faint of heart and each position requires a highly capable individual that is extremely committed to creating change. Successful candidates shall find this to be the most challenging and rewarding project they have ever encountered. Creativity, dedication and unwavering commitment are just a few qualities that each Activist Manager must possess. Candidates must be able to manage everything from resolving an organizational conflict to fully implementing a strategic grassroots advocacy plan.
