Description
Financial Planning Manager shall be responsible for managing and communicating all financial results to top management and at assigned meeting or parties specified by top management. Financial Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a high powered staff for promotional opportunities within our fast growing, international business. Operating Leadership: • Manage quarterly financial planning, closes and formal estimates • Provide continuous risk and opportunity assessment and timely communication along with advice to top management personnel • Drive local effort to improve cash flow performance for both receivables and payables • Lead development cost justification and purchase schedule • Work with operating managers at offices to develop strategic plans • Provide financial support to develop and analyze new programming, production and management options for effective decision making • Create or customize a cash flow analysis system to enable rapid growth while reducing risk Controllership Leadership: • Ensure balance sheet stewardship, manage the account reconciliation process • Ensure overall financial policy & procedure Identify and evaluate accounting and financial reporting matters and their implications on issuers' balance sheet, income statement, liquidity and cash flows. Manager shall maintain total confidentiality of all confidential, sensitive or classified company matters.

Skills
• Degree in Finance or CPA or MBA required • Minimum of three years experience in financial environment • Public accounting experience a highly beneficial • Exposure to audit standards a plus • Leadership ability and the ability to develop a strong team are critical • Ability to travel and continue with our rapidly growing group for a minimum of 5 years • We are looking for highly motivated individuals to support our global management Education: Masters Degree is a major plus.
