Seeking experienced sales managers to initiate both domestic and global sales objectives. Successful candidates should be capable of leading worldwide sales responsibilities to support the rapid-growth strategies. Domestic and global responsibilities include: • Recruiting and training industry leading sales talent • Manage sales teams within the US or abroad in our International Sales Group • Working effectively with marketing and program development on sales, marketing and product management • Work effectively with operational organization on implementations and servicing clients • Help manage to ultimately close large, strategic deals • Managing and develop key strategic relationships and help establish strategic partners • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing sales teams selling outsourcing and complex services engagements • Strong business acumen, ability to develop and articulate complex business cases • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision makers • Strong team leadership skills, ability to manage and coach individual teams members.

Skills
• Superior track record exceeding aggressive sales goals • Previous senior level sales management experience • Experience selling enterprise solutions requiring value-added services to support the successful sale and implementation • Exceptional knowledge and skill selling large “enterprise” solutions to Global 500 companies and the ability to coach others to be effective key account managers • Ability to recruit and develop industry leading talent on a worldwide basis to fill openings or to upgrade existing capabilities • Strong leadership skills, particularly driving change in a complex, worldwide organization • Flexibility for domestic and international travel.
