In this position, you will be the one who creates a successful user experience; develops concept for information structure; organizes information; develops prototypes; maintains production schedule; documents actions.

Skills
• Strong artistic aptitude. Ability to come up with concept and storyboard that engages, attracts, communicates, and sells. • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator. • Experience developing commercial quality content in Director authoring environment. • Experience developing commercial quality content in Flash authoring environment. • Extensive design experience with graphic design, including knowledge of iconography, typography, and color theory. • Expert using illustration tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Visio, PaintShopPro, or CorelDRAW. • Expert developing commercial quality content and combining images with sound, video, text, and special effects with multimedia software such as RealVideo, PowerPoint, Director, and Flash. • Experience developing and editing commercial quality content in Photoshop authoring environment. • Advanced knowledge of HTML, with a solid understanding of the language as well as optimization and design techniques. • Intermediate JavaScript programming skills, including statements, arrays, forms, events, and the document object model. • Solid understanding of XML Schemas and structure. Experience managing documents with XML and using XML for data-driven applications. • Knowledge of different browser and platform constraints. • Designs compelling user interfaces and understands the strengths and limitations of browser-based UIs. • Skill and experience designing attractive and functional Web graphics. • Gathers product, customer, and operational requirements. • Experience conducting usability studies to evaluate and refine user interfaces. • Basic experience using Shockwave on a Web site and creating Shockwave files with Director and related programs.
