Health Volunteers are needed to conduct home clinical visits, educate guardians on home care, teach health and physical education in schools, assist at Octavia Waight nursing home, assist CARE Belize with disabled children, and provide therapy and organize events for those living with disabilities.

Cornerstone provides accommodations (dorm style), a hot home cooked Belizean midday meal on work days, orientations (volunteer, house, cultural, office, and program), staff direction, professional networking, and office space (including equipment and supplies).

Cornerstone’s office and housing are located in San Ignacio in the Cayo District of Belize (11 miles from Guatemala). Volunteer terms range from three to six months. Applicants must be 18 years or older. Students, retirees, and other adults are welcome to apply
