Description:

Knowledgeable website developer needed to assist with an overhaul, site map, and updates of the website for our grassroots charity organization in San Ignacio town in the Western Belize district of Cayo in Central America. Train staff in essential web tools, techniques and troubleshooting. Currently site is minimally maintained using Dreamweaver and with no formal education.

Cornerstone provides accommodations (dorm style), a hot home cooked Belizean midday meal on work days, orientations (volunteer, house, cultural, and office), staff direction, and office space (including basic equipment and supplies).

This position is for a minimum of one month. Volunteers contribute financially to Cornerstone Foundation and must have travel health insurance. Cornerstone’s office and housing are located in San Ignacio in the Cayo District of Belize (11 miles from Guatemala). Applicants must be 18 years or older. Students, retirees, and other adults are welcome to apply.
