Description:
The Blood Drive Registrar greets donors as they arrive, maintains the appointment schedule and checks identification. The volunteer will also provide donors with the required reading material and direct them to the health historian. This is done while maintaining the confidentiality of donor information.
Time Commitment/Shifts:
As needed, 3-6 hours per drive
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment
Training/Support:
•Volunteer Orientation & Fulfilling Our Mission (4 hours)
•A short training will be provided at blood drive
