Description:
Teach English to children in Government Primary Schools of Himalayan & Desert region. The volunteers will assist in a wide variety of chosen subjects and activities.
Teaching Program is going on in Government Primary Schools in the beautiful mountain regions of Himachal Pradesh and desert regions Rajasthan. The volunteers will work in the schools and organize various enjoyable and creative activities for the children to sharpen their talents and increase the knowledge. The volunteers will assist in a wide variety of chosen subjects and activities, including English, Mathematics, arts and sports.
Project Location: Dharmshala (Himachal), Jaipur (Rajasthan), Jiliya (Rajasthan)
Project Requirement: The only qualifications of our volunteers is that you come motivated to help needy people. We happily accommodate singles, couples and groups. If you are comfortable with your level of English, it’s probably good enough!
Project Age Limit: Minimum age 16, maximum dependent upon participant’s health
