Description:

Help us label new new and gently used childrens' books and assemble kindergarten book bags that will be handed-out in our 39 pediatric clinics. These projects take place over an hour or two, once every month or so. Volunteers would be 'on-call'.

Every so often our book coordinator needs a few book-loving volunteers to help place stickers on books, prepare book bags and pack books in boxes. If you love kids books and are interested in volunteering an hour or so on an as-needed basis this would be great for you.

- Enjoy books
- Some flexibility in your schedule
- Able to lift 10-20 lbs.

Work at your own pace. Some lunch hour shifts available. Brief training provided.

Located at KU Med Center in KC, KS (near the Plaza & Overland Park).
