Project Description
FOW is working to empower women in Africa. Our mission is to help women create, expand and develop their businesses and also market thier products internationally . This will help them increase thier income and also assist in taking better care of their families.
FOW needs volunteers to help create income generating activities for the women of FOW. Volunteers will work along side the participating women of friends of women and also the staff of the organization in coordinating these projects for a positive change in the Ghanaian society. Volunteers will through this gain knowledge about the life and cultre of Ghanaian women and also get the chance to tour the amazing places Ghana has.
Volunteer commitment
With a volunteer commitment from 2 weeks to 4 months depending on your schedule you can help change the life of an African woman.
Skills and Qualification
FOW will love to have volunteers with skills in business, project coordination and income generating activities. These will help the women in Africa financially to provide good education, food and clothes to thier children.

FOW has made it fees affordable to all to enable you! To come and volunteer in order to help women entrepreneurs. Volunteers devote their time efforts, skills into helping women develop their businesses in Ghana. To keep your expenses down you should be able to obtain other items needed before coming.
Volunteer kit
A volunteer kit will be provided to all volunteers which will provide orientation information to all volunteers.
Airport pick ups and drop offs
Volunteers will be picked up at the airport to the project destinations and also will sometimes will be transported from volunteer house to the office. Also volunteers will be dropped of at the airport upon completion of project. Volunteers are responsible for any personal rides in and out of the country.
Personal exigencies
Volunteers are responsible for thier personal needs the organization will only be responsible for the listed items.
