Description:
The purpose of the Court Watcher program is to support victim/survivors of sexual and/or domestic violence through the court system. It is also an opportunity to learn about the criminal justice system, to watch criminal and civil cases in court, to monitor cases through the media, and to promote public awareness of the court system. The focus of Court Watchers is primarily on cases involving sexual assault and/or domestic violence. Training is provided.
