Skills needed for placement
First and foremost, volunteers must show a strong desire to work with autistic children and be proactive. They should realize that in developing countries such as Ghana, business does not go on as always expected. Volunteers will need to be tolerant and flexible in order to achieve their goals. A bit of follow-up from time to time will do the trick. Taking initiatives will help you go by hurdles and face challenges more confidently.
