Description:
Arkansas Earth Day Foundation is a non-profit local coalition of concerned families, inspired seekers, elected leaders, and responsible businesses and organizations working to increase community awareness of environmental issues and access to sustainable solutions through education, events, recycling, networking, products and services. Arkansas Earth Day Foundation is based in Little Rock, AR and produces the state's largest environmental festival every April. Arkansas Earth Day’s Festival are meant to broaden the environmental movement statewide and to educate and motivate people, governments, and businesses to take responsibility for a clean and healthy environment through a fun festival. The Foundation is looking for volunteers for long term and short term projects. All ages and experience levels welcome. Duties may include office work, research, managing volunteer database, writing, running errands, and in April, working the day of the Festival.
